Bamboo Paneling is a great eco-friendly alternative to enhance your home or office space into a Zen inspired retreat. This rolled product compliments any indoor setting and can even be used as wainscoting. Each paneling roll measures 4 feet in height, 50 feet in length and is ¼ inch wide and 1/16 inch thick. Easily cut bamboo paneling to any desired size and apply with staples, nails, or contact cement. For additional sheen, add a polyurethane sealing.
Prior to shipment, we inspect each paneling roll to ensure quality for each customer. Each roll contains a flexible mesh backing that reinforces the paneling material. Bamboo paneling is made from sturdy bamboo strips that add an organic look to any room. Cover matting edges with a bamboo border or simply trim rough edges for a clean, finished look. 4 Colors available.

Damage Claims/Replacements:
All sales are final. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free replacement process. Replacements will be issued as quickly as possible. We only issue payment refunds if we have made an error in the description of the item purchased, if we sent the wrong item, or if your item is out of stock at the time of replacement. The Customer's payment will be refunded in the original form of received payment, upon inspection or damage approval if a replacement is not available.
In the rare even of damage, please message us within 3-business days to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, (RMA#) and damage claim.
We cannot accept returns without an RMA#.
Freight Shipments:
If you accept the shipment by the freight company and sign off on the bill of lading, the shipment is considered totally free of damage. Please inspect the items prior to signing the paper work or bill of lading to ensure that the shipment did arrive in acceptable condition with no damage. Damage claims cannot be submitted to the shipping company or Tiki Toes California after the customer signs off on the paperwork or bill of lading for that shipment.
Please keep all original packaging and boxes intact for 7-business days. We cannot open a damage claim without the original packaging. The shipping company may send an adjuster to inspect the damage.
Please take photos of the damage and message our Customer Service Department within 3-business days. Often a photo is all we need instead of physical inspection. Please include your name, and address along with your item # or your invoice #, (which ever applies).
Lost Items:
Please message us if you have not received your order within 15-business days. If your lost order has not been reported to us within 15-business days of purchase the item is non-refund able and a lost claim cannot be generated. Although damaged items & lost packages are EXTREMELY RARE, we understand that situations with shipping companies may arise that are out of our hands. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we will work quickly to rectify any problems should they occur.

Color variations do occur in bamboo, however, this is a natural characteristic and not a product defect so please order enough bamboo to ensure proper color matching. Bamboo is subject to cracking and splitting just like any other wood product. We do not ship cracked bamboo, however it can crack in shipment or in your storage due to weather and temperature variations. Please download our BAMBOO TIP SHEET for recommendations on how to reduce your chances of splitting. We cannot guarantee consistency with any of our bamboo products, but we try our best to offer the highest quality bamboo currently available on the market. Bamboo is not an engineered straight product as it grows in the wild. Please expect tapering and natural growth lines. We strive to send the most straight bamboo poles to our customers. We highly recommend Cabot Australian Timber Oil for protection of exterior uses on bamboo products.
